BREAKING NEWS: KJELL ANSWERED AN E-MAIL FROM ME..10 MINUTES AFTER, I SENT IT..

Hello.
We are approaching 61,000.
So we would wish us that Alexander’s official Facebook page could also be updated and repaired a little.

Wishes:

Updating the list of events on the front and in the box, events .. (There are 8 events. They are all from June 2009. It seems a little ridicolous)

Links: There should be links to Myspace and the official website of Alex.

Memories from the discussion-thread “Fans own poems and lyrics” Part 2

Calliope – Muse of epic poetry

———————–

INTRO

In ancient Greece, The  MOUSAI (Muses) were the goddesses of music, song and dance, and the source of inspiration to poets. They were also goddesses of knowledge, who remembered all things that had come to pass. Later the Mousai were assigned specific artistic spheres:

Kalliope, epic poetry; Kleio, history; Ourania, astronomy; Thaleia, comedy; Melpomene, tragedy; Polyhymnia, religious hymns; Erato, erotic poetry; Euterpe, lyric poetry; and Terpsikhore, choral song and dance. ( Source:http://www.theoi.com/Ouranios/Mousai.html )

…………………………….

From may 27th 2009, when Alexander Rybaks fanpage opened, it soon became clear, that his page was a magnet for talents. Alexanders fans had fallen in love and  they showed their emotions with fantasy, humor and amazing creative skills. The muses felt it from far away and they were attracted – not only to this talented and beautiful young artist, but also to his fans! So, art started to flourish and the fans opened discussion-threads, to save and keep their art-work.

The happy days ended november 1st 2011, when The mighty Facebook-emperor, Lord Zucker, decided to delete all the discussion-pages in his kingdom. He showed the small courtesy of warning his residents, so they had time to save their treasured art.

Here is the 2nd part of what was saved of the discussion-thread

Fans own poems and lyrics.

All poems and lyrics are saved, but a lot of comments and discussions are deleted, to decrease the volume. Some comments has been spared, to give an impression of the atmosphere.

The discussion-thread was opened July 15th 2009, but some of the first added poems were written earlier and posted around the fanpage.
