Here is the video documentary of what you have done for the whole year since you turned 25 to the present day:) We tried to gather all we could, all the happenings: concerts, performance at the various events and TV-shows, Meet&Greets and many, many other things you managed to do during this “calm” year!;) Why calm? Because you announced you were going to take it calmer this year and finish your study. Yeah, right! Here you can see how calm this year was for you and…for us! Because the more you work – the more work for us!:)) But that is just great! Keep rolling, fiddler! And we’ll keep working for you!:-)

A video-clip from “Skogheim flytter inn” where Alexander talks about the Facebookies and the Farm-meeting. Broadcasted on Tv2 Norway- 28.02.12
The Farm-Fairytale
This is a report about a fairytale, that happened long ago in July 2011. No reports have been published about the Farm-meeting until now but in the TV-program “Skogheim moves in” (28.2.2012), Alexander told about his meeting with 80 Facebookies from 30 countries at a private farm after the Giske-concert. Since this piece of information could make people curious or confused, we decided to write a short report and tell some more facts about it.
We, who attended, had not planned to keep the meeting secret but we agreed that this was a private dinner-party at a private home, and it wouldn´t be right to publish a lot of photos or share details about the guests who were invited to have a good time in good company among friends. However - now that Alexander has told a bit about the Farm-meeting in a TV- broadcast, it seems right to give a short report and tell a little more about it.
Concert in Karlshamn 25.2.2012 with Alexander Rybak, Mats Paulson, Barfotskvartetten and other artists. By Marianne Mata Hari Saietz.
The first photo shows the wonderful bridge between Copenhagen and Malmö. It is 16 km long and was built in 2000. Before that, we only had ferries!
I left my town at noon and arrived in Karlshamn around 15.30 after a long drive with one coffee-break. Karlshamn is a pretty little town by the coast and It was easy to find the Stadsteater, a big building next to a public school in a quiet street. I parked my car in the street and went to the theater to look for the Smurf. All entrance-doors were locked and the place seemed empty, but as I went around the building, I heard music from inside. It was “Fairytale” and I could hear Smurf singing.
After having listened for a while, I decide to walk to the town-centre ( 5 min. away ), find a place to buy some lunch and use a bathroom.
On the street-corner, I bumped into Madde and EbbaJ . They had just arrived by train from Stockholm. Madde had travelled for 8 hours and Ebba for 5 and they had paid incredibly much for their train-tickets. So being the foreigner among them, I had had the easiest and cheapest journey.
We found a cozy pizzeria and settled down for food and talk and coffee. It was very nice to meet both of them. Ebba was a new aquintance but as always, when facebookies meet, it doesnt take very long to get the famillar feeling, based on our common interests. (more…)

A Facebookies report from january 11th 2012 – Denmark

“What would you say, if we invited him in tomorrow”?
I stared at the comment from “Aftenshowet” under my posting on their facebook-page. I felt like if somone just opened a bottle of champagne inside my head. It was Tuesday January 10th and there had been some hints about Alexander coming to my country but all I had learned, so far, was:
He would be present at the danish MGP in Aalborg at jan.21st, but I didn´t know what he would be doing there.
He had written in a wall-posting on his fanpage on jan. 10th that he would visit Århus and Copenhagen, but not when – and the MGP is in Ålborg, not Århus.
Kjell Arild confirmed to me on jan 10th, that Alexander would be coming to Copenhagen on Jan 11th, but he did not tell, he would be a guest in “Aftenshowet”
So reading the sentence: “What would you say, if we invited him in tomorrow”? made all the puzzle-pieces fall into place. Very soon, the people of Aftenshowet also wrote on their page, that people were welcome to show up outside their studio before the broadcast.
