Alexander performed his famous “Fairytale” at the official ESC ceremony of Host City Insignia Exchange and the Semi-Final Allocation Draw together with the introduction of the slogan and theme art for this year’s contest, which were held at Buta Palace, Baku (Azerbaijan). He was at the same stage with other ESC participants: Ruslana, Safura, Aysel, Lena and of course, Ell/Nikki.

January 10th – 2012 – A free mini-concert at Bø Church, together with the Church Childrens-choir. Only for the people who had tickets for the Christmas-concert at Bø Church 12.12, where Alexander could not perform because of air-traffic-trouble. Bø Church, Telemark ( Norway ) 18:00

January 11th, 2012 – TV-appearance in live-broadcast of the danish TV-show “Aftenshowet”. Copenhagen ( Denmark) 19:05 – 20:00 CET [ more info here ]

January 17th-19th, 2012 – Alexander visits Romania to record a song with Paula Seling and appear in 2 romanian TV-shows. Bucharest ( Romania ) [more info here and here]

January 21st, 2012 – TV-appearance in the final of the danish MGP as guest-performer and chairman of the norwegian jury. Gigantium, Aalborg ( Denmark ). Broadcast on DR1 and www.dr.dk/grandprix  [ more info here ]

January 23st, 2012 – Private gig. Alexander performs at the Nordic Choice Hotels conference show Face2Face Melodifestival and Grand Prix. Globen, Stockholm,( Sweden)

January 25th, 2012 – Live-TV-appearance at the host-city insignia-exchange ceremony of ESC. Baku, ( Azerbaijan). 16.30-19.30 CET. ( More info here )

January 27th, 2012 – Alexander performs at the annual “ZD awards 2011″, “Kosmos” concert hall, Moscow (Russia) 19:00 [more info here ]

February 17th- 19th, 2012 – 3 days of seminar and workshop with chorists from Kragerø Girls Choir and a final concert with choir and musicians on February 19th. Kragerø Church, Kragerø ( Norway ) 18:00 [ more info here]

Alexander arrived to Romania on Jan.17 to record the new duet song with  Paula Seling. Also he appeared in 2 domestic TV-shows, where he revealed a bit about the song and his cooperation with Paula.
